Dr. Joanna Lim, BDS (Singapore)
Dr Joanna Lim graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1984 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS Singapore). She has practiced full time up to the present day. Dr Lim started her career in the Polyclinic Scheme where she and 3 friends ran the Queenstown polyclinic Dental Clinic in Margaret Drive for 2 years before starting Dentigiene Dental Surgery in 1987.

Dr Lim has 3 children and spends her free time working in voluntary charitable organizations.

   
Dr. Mervin Phng, BDS (Singapore)
Dr Mervin Phng graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1989. He has practiced in Dentigiene Dental Surgery since 1993. Dr Phng has a special interest in crown and bridge work. His hobbies include traveling and photography.
   

Dr. Lim Lii, BDS (Western Australia)
Dr Lim Lii graduated from University of Western Australia in 1995. She worked in the WA State Health Services and private practice in Perth, W. Australia before returning to Singapore in 1997.

She has been working in Dentigiene Dental Surgery since September 1997. In addition, she is actively involved with the Singapore Dental Association, serving currently as Asst Hon Gen Secretary. Her main area of involvement in the SDA currently includes serving as Convenor for the Ethics and Practise Management Committee, member of the Oral Health Awareness Committee, member fo the Welfare and Membership Committee, Hon Gen Secretary of FDI 2009 LOC. She was also the Chair of Registration and Treasurer of IDEM 2008.

She is a keen supporter of Dental Charity Missions and usually participates in an overseas dental charity mission at least once a year.

Dr Lim Lii is married with 2 boys and her hobbies includes travelling, watching movies and musicals.

   

Dr. Vijayan Loganathan, Prosthodontist, BDS MDS FAM (Singapore)
Dr Vijayan is a Dental Specialist in Prosthodontics.

He obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore in 1978 and his Master of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore in 1982.

He spent one year in the Crown and Bridge Department at the University of Zurich, Switzerland, where he trained in porcelain work and color.

He has over 20 years of experience in Crown and Bridge Prosthondontics working in the Department of Restorative Dentistry, Dental Division, Ministry of Health, Singapore.

Dr Vijayan is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the Dental Faculty, National University of Singapore and a Lecturer at the School of Health Sciences, Nanyang Polytechnic. His main interest in clinical dentistry is in crowns and bridge prosthodontics, veneers, implants and dentures.

Dr. Goh Soon Khiang, BDS(Singapore)
Dr Goh Soon Khiang graduated from the University of Malaya (Singapore) in 1961. Dr Goh has had extensive experience working in many government institutions such as Singapore General Hospital, the School Health Service, Woodbridge Mental Hospital, Trafalgar Home for Leprosy, Tan Tock Seng Hospital for Tuberculosis and even the National Health Service in London, UK.

Dr Goh has also published a case report on “Tuberculosis Ulcer of the Tongue” in the British Dental Journal on 5 April 1966.

Dr Goh has also held many positions such as Honorary General Secretary of the Malayan Dental Association, the Singapore Island Country Club Swimming Sub-committee and was Chairman of Chai Chee Secondary School as well as Chairman of Parklane Shopping Mall.

Dr Goh’s many interests include reading, drama, elocution, golf, swimming, tennis and gardening.

   

Dr. Meenakshi Malhi, BDS(London) MJDF RCS ENG
Dr Malhi graduated from Kings College London (University of London) in 2004 and completed her postgraduate diploma (MJDF) from the Royal College of Surgeons (UK) in 2009.

Dr Malhi has extensive experience as a public sector dentist practising on the NHS (National Health Service) since graduating from University in both the North of England and London where she was highly regarded for her thoroughness as well her ability to interact with patients across a spectrum of social backgrounds.

She has recently moved to Singapore with her husband and young son and is looking forward to experiencing more of Singapore through her interaction with patients. Dr Malhi enjoys watching Bollywood movies, socialising and is a fan of good vegetarian food.
